To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients and staff at medica, we ask that you wait at least five (5) days after all symptoms of an active infection, cold, flu or allergy episode have completely resolved to keep a scheduled appointment or to plan a future session.

For the well-being of our entire community, we require immediate notification at the onset of any symptoms, no matter how far in advance your appointment is scheduled. Failure to do so may result in a full-service charge.

There is a 5-day wait period for certain injections and vaccines. Steroid injections have a longer wait period, please discuss this with your therapist.

There is a 7-day wait period after all airline travel.
