February Featured Massage Session: Renew & Replenish

Step into the ultimate February retreat for your body and spirit with our Renew & Replenish session. This 60-minute experience is designed to combat the harsh effects of winter while restoring your vitality and glow.

Your session begins with dry brushing, a gentle yet invigorating technique that exfoliates dry winter skin, boosts circulation, and encourages lymphatic flow. February is the perfect time to focus on dry brushing, as it helps revitalize the body when sluggishness and stagnation from the colder months set in. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, energized, and reconnected with your body.

Next, experience the deep benefits of a magnetic spinal release technique. Winter often creates tension in the back and shoulders from huddling against the cold or long hours indoors. This gentle release soothes the spine, encouraging mobility, reducing tension, and supporting the nervous system to help your body reset during one of the year's most physically demanding months.

As always, you will enjoy the relaxing and comfort providing Hot Towel Foot Wrap with reflexology. This is a wonderful way to begin our session and encourage deep relaxation.

Next, you can indulge in a luxurious, relaxing full-body massage, featuring hand-selected oils chosen specifically for their hydrating and skin-nourishing properties. February is notorious for being the driest month of the year, but our oils—rich in nutrients and moisture—are applied with care to leave your skin feeling supple, smooth, and deeply nurtured.

And we won’t leave your face or hair out of the experience.

Beverly mixes her own blend of facial massage oils. Each week she changes the formula in accordance with her Ayurveda training. Her oils and her skill of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) reflexology will leave your face supple and relaxed.

Be sure to mention to Beverly if you would want to opt out of this part of the session for any reason. (wearing make-up; have an engagement after your session).

Using the practices of Reiki and Ayurveda Scalp Massage, Beverly releases the Marmas through your face and skull, with the final release being centered at The Crown Chakra. This relaxes the cranial sutures and plates Beverly then infuses her Reiki Master Sanctification with each session.

Before your session here are three things to do the day before and the day of your session for optimal results:

  1. STAY HYDRATED: Drink plenty of water to ensure your muscles are well-hydrated, enhancing the benefits of the massage and aiding the release of toxins.

  2. AVOID HEAVY MEALS: Eat light and nutritious meals to prevent discomfort during your session and to allow your Body to fully relax.

  3. TAKE TIME TO RELAX: Engage in calming activities like light stretching, meditation, or a warm bath to help your Body and Mind relax deeper during your massage.

As always, let your therapist know well in advance your session if there have been any changes in your current level of wellness. The information you provide prior to your session is important and contributes greatly to determining the best modalities to use on that day.
