April Session: Release & Receive — A Deep Nervous System Reset
This 60-minute session begins with intentional pauses for deep inhalation and complete exhalation, signaling the parasympathetic nervous system to gently unwind, Using slow, purposeful techniques, Beverly will guide the Body through a series of releases, There will be focus to the meridians and muscle groupings most impacted by stress-related thought loops, emotional compression, and over-drive of the lymphatic and adrenal systems.
Through a blend of myofascial release, lymphatic clearing, and targeted acupressure along the key meridians, this session invites both active release and still point restoration.
Subtle energy work will soothe the emotional codes held deep within the tissues, while each breath deepens your state of calm presence and spacious awareness.
Your session includes dry brushing, which is a gentle yet invigorating technique that exfoliates dry winter skin, boosts circulation, and encourages lymphatic flow. April continues to be a perfect time to focus on dry brushing, as it helps revitalize the body when sluggishness and stagnation from the colder months set in.
Beverly is formulating her personal oils and hydrating sealer for this April session. You won’t want to miss out on it! You’ll leave feeling refreshed, energized, reconnected with your body — and so smooth!
Next, experience the deep benefits of a magnetic spinal release technique. Again, Beverly is mimicking Nature. (Think about how the sap has already risen in the tress and now the green plants and blooming flowers are pushing UP to greet the Sun Light). This spinal release helps you to do this too. Let’s help you RISE!
As always, you will enjoy the relaxing and comfort provided by our Hot Towel Foot Wrap with reflexology. This is a wonderful way to begin our session and encourage deep relaxation.
Next, you can indulge in a luxurious, relaxing full-body massage, featuring hand-selected oils chosen specifically for their hydrating and skin-nourishing properties. April is a month when Beverly builds her session into the sweet, yet subtle florals that Nature offers. This mimics what April offers us as Spring unfolds.
And we won’t leave your face or hair out of the experience.
Beverly mixes her own blend of facial massage oils. Each week she changes the formula in accordance with her Ayurveda training. Her oils and her skill of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) reflexology will leave your face supple and relaxed.
Be sure to mention to Beverly if you would want to opt out of this part of the session for any reason. (wearing make-up; have an engagement after your session).
Using the practices of Reiki and Ayurveda Scalp Massage, Beverly releases the Marmas through your face and skull, with the final release being centered at The Crown Chakra. This relaxes the cranial sutures and plates Beverly then infuses her Reiki Master Sanctification with each session.

Before your session here are three things to do the day before and the day of your session for optimal results:
STAY HYDRATED: Drink plenty of water to ensure your muscles are well-hydrated, enhancing the benefits of the massage and aiding the release of toxins.
AVOID HEAVY MEALS: Eat light and nutritious meals to prevent discomfort during your session and to allow your Body to fully relax.
TAKE TIME TO RELAX: Engage in calming activities like light stretching, meditation, or a warm bath to help your Body and Mind relax deeper during your massage.
As always, let your therapist know well in advance your session if there have been any changes in your current level of wellness. The information you provide prior to your session is important and contributes greatly to determining the best modalities to use on that day.
